Sounds like a good marketing plan, but I wouldn't give them a credit

no... they pay first...and maybe I should make it $75 the price of a min call??? that will cover two spot cleaning through out they year....

not a full room cleaning just a spot.

I have a customer right now that I cleaned just before christmas.....she had a party and she has a spill on here grass rug...LOL $75 plus tax for me to come back out...

Insurance is simple that. if you don't need it you don't get the money back do ya Mr. Steamer? all your talking about is a carpet maitaince program. Why not just ry and book them for a traffica area clean after 6 months??

I've beening doing the always clean program.... 15% of if cleaned every six months...

no one does...I haven't collected one of those coupons..

but then again I only started it back in september...so I'm not sure if it's going to work..

I got A $15 coupon going out this month to all repeat custys...

hopefully it'll bring the calls in for the end of Jan to the start of Feb.

I have no major advertising until April this year....so I'll have to work some other magic

I've thought about a maintenance program where we amortize the cost of the cleanings over the year. I'm not ready to jump on it yet, though.
