Trying to get through my day with 6 drive by's to do it isn't easy...

Had a customer today that left just as I was finishing off the last area of carpet..

I said to her "don't go..I'm finished" she said she was just running down to the bank machine to get my money.... I said "Kewl" that was 2:50... I finished... I packed up....by 3pm...

The BIATCH!!!! did not come back until 3:45

I wanted to leave but I knew I was going to have problems to get my money because it was a rental property.

she didn't even say sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I told her I thought she was in a car accident or something...she smiled and said "Oh I got held up in the line at the Grocery Store"

OH MY PPPHHHHHHUUUCCKKKIIIIIINNNNNNNN GAAAAWDDD!

shes red flagged in my system now!

but should I have said something to her??? I didn't but should I have???

No, you shouldn't have said anything to her. When she calls you in a couple years to do her 60,000 sq ft office building or her new 4,000 sp ft house you'll get paid back for that lost hour.
