What is the best way to find a good carpet cleaner besides word of mouth referrals? I would like to know about the type of cleaning they use, how much they charge, what their radius of operation is, and the level of customer satisfaction.

angieslist.com is a good source because the cleaner can not put themselves on the board a customer must post a review on them and normally a website will be included.
