The GM wants to give me the job but he wants me to do it at $10 per room, I quoted him 18.5 per room. He says that a guy comes from Pennsylvania every year and charges them like 7 and 8 dollars a room, but he supposedly comes down for the week and does like 8 or 9 hotels while hes down. ------------- I got money in the bank, but E on the tank. |

$10.00 or less, let them have it!

Another thing.. Don't let'em bluff you by saying "If you do a great job I have many referrals FOR YOU".. Thats BS.. Heard it a few times and got zilch.. Even after a great job.. So MAKE THAT CHECK FAT..! |

I went in visited a couple of the hotels today that he said he knew the managers of and THEY ACTUALLY KNEW HIM.... one of the guys said the guy was his nephew....GO FIGURE  . If he really knows as many people as he is saying he does then I think I will give him his price because I will stay so busy that it will probably be worth it, I'll play it by ear....Stay Tuned. ------------- I got money in the bank, but E on the tank. |
