Hello,
A Apt. Complex contract is ending and through the grapevine I hear the owner is looking for a different CC'er.. He has many apt's..
Anyone have a professional proposal they can share? I need to get this one..
I have 3 apt owners now.. Thats not many but I'm more on the res & restaurant side..

Thanks nightrider.. Thats sounds great..  Ya see I never sent in a proposal.. All my gigs i got from free demos..
I will put something together with some of your info and see what happens..
I will post later on the results..
