Today just for the heck of it I tried using some el cheapo prespray on one of my nasty apartment contracts.

no rinse

just soap and water

turned out great and really didn't need any extra scrubbing.

Maybe even I could clean with caramel like Mr. Steamer and it'd still come clean?

How long is itgoing to stay clean?

How much Butyls and glycols you put into yourself and the carpet?

C'mon Andy how much more less expensive could it possibly be than Ultrachem's stuff?

Well I take it back.

Steamer is wrong.

I was doing some hotel rooms today tried one with the cheapo stuff and one with my usual Ultrachem.

Ultrachem room turned out cleaner with much less effort

The things I do or talk about here might not be for everyone,  if you intend to listen to my foolishness do it at your own risk
