I give them dental advice not benefits.

(1) brush after every meal
(2) floss daily
(3) go to dentist 2x a year
(4) eat candy in moderation

You should be able to get a quote from any insurance broker (or the FIO for that matter). We had a benefits package for years.
Then a couple of employees went nuts on it for prescriptions and dental. Poof, the rates tripled in two years and out went the package.
We now offer dental and glasses through a barter exchange and I gave them some sick days.

I thought Canada had universal healthcare. I'd tell him that he can move to Canada and service my customers there.

Most health care is free. Dental, prescriptions, eyeglasses, etc. are not
