What is it?

Hydrosensor

It's a Hydrosensor

To some who use it to their advantage it’s a gold mine. Yes a silent salesman that people will truly believe in. It states the facts with NO BS.

It consists of a battery operated probing device. When the two probes come in contact with moisture a red flashing light and beeping noise go off. The more intense the moisture, the more intense the light and noise. Hence it proves they require further service such as a dehumidifier or air mover or even extensive construction work. It’s a must for water restoration and mold.

Now for the carpet cleaner who would like to pin point that animal urine it also works well. Even if it is an old problem because urine contains much salts and salt has the ability to hold urine moisture for what seems forever under a carpet.

If you feel this is a commercial don’t buy it from KK. But do buy it.

IT WORKS
$$$ in the Bank!

Well:  There has to be a book of instructions on what not to do with this gold mine.  One comes to mind and that is. NEVER demenstrate how sensetive it is by putting your fingers on the tips to show a client how it beeps.  Because you are looking for urine and your client may confuse the urine on your hands with the urine in her carpet.Guitar

You have that thing beeping when you get into someone's house and you may not need a door blocker thingy.  You must also remember because it beeps it is not necessarily urine.  It checks moisture content to 18% or so if in a basement it may give you a false reeding becasuse the concrete could be sweating if it is humid.  I better quit I am being negative again and steamer will blow a gasket. Guitar

Mr. Steamer: You and I have different ideas of how to use an instrument.  I am confused when you say " To your Advantage."  In other words got to have it so  you can have everyone believing they have a urine and all you know is you can make it beep.   You definately need instructions with this instrument.  If you are serious about helping potential clients or helping yourself because of their lack of knowledge.Guitar

Yes doug .....I love to screw the customers...screw them before they screw you ....I always say

I'm the Cleaner y'all love to hate....

I wouldn't use it in a bad way...but as a push in the right direction...

There is nothing wrong with selling sanitizers and deodorizers... or using a water claw or injections... this tool will only enforce that
