Most people these days we put into the carpet cleaning business start on a shoestring budget with very little investment. This is more so in the larger cities where immigrants are taking over the industry.

If a guy invests two to three thousand dollars or less he really does not necessarily have a high incentive to grow and prosper. He is happy to make a living. Now, if you have a $1,200 payment per month on a powerful new truckmount you are certainly FORCED to get off your butt and build a customer base. And THAT is what will make you successful. Not watching T.V. in-between jobs.

nightrider,

You are so right, and I see it as a WIN WIN situation for both my customers and KK. He gets the equipment to cut the mustard...he gets KK's in-depth training and our undivided attention and we show a higher profit.

It's just about what every other business man does, he acts upon maximizing his profit.

SELL SELL SELL
BUY BUY BUY

In nightriders case it's:

You pay more for supper while eating left-over lunch that you could have purchased cheaper at noon.

It's all in nightrider's marketing program. And with today's chemicals you can prop it all up to look fresh.
