| Steamer has a good handle on how it works.In business you do what you have to do to keep on going to keep the doors open.Juggling the cash flow to pay suppliers is definatly part of the plan from time to time.Most business do not have the luxury of having a million dollar line of credit to draw on to ride it out till things get better. |

Dream on! There is a difference between juggling payables and continually repeating bad business practices that result in people being ripped off.
You seem to forget the long list of people who haven't forgotten about you that you owe thousands and thousands of dollars and/or product to. They will remind you and everyone else until you square with them. Until you finally get it that you need a business partner that will slap you around for your ridiculous ideas and keep you away from spending and just focused on creating you are doomed to repeat and repeat and repeat. The very best thing you could ever do is to find someone who could harness you and keep you away from yourself. You’re like a bloody savant. Ken is a small business man...it's much different from carpet cleaning. He has to buy the raw materials first. He may get 30 days credit but by the time he makes and moves the product the 30 days has long gone.
he's in the whole as of day one...our businesses have the luxury of daily cash flow...Ken does not. he's just trying to keep his head above water.... 2 people are drowning...husband and wife...it's a proven fact that one will drown the other just to keep from drowning. thats Ken...LOL He does what he has to do to keep his businnes a float. Incredible you can stop that crap right there. He has screwed thousands of dollars out of people. He is a crappy businessman. If you think that a few incidences in all the transactions he has done are the reason he has problems it’s just a blatant attempt to deflect what the issue is. He is a scumbag!!!!!!!!!!!! I have put up with lots of people repeating hearsay about me these last 3 years, usually spread by someone else that did not have first hand knowlodge of what was being said.Thats fine, I let most of that slide. But if someone tries to put together a list, based on these untrue rumours, and cannot prove it, that's libel. I will then sue to the fullest extent of the law.Oh, by the way, I do have the means to do it now.The $7000/month I am spending on advertising and the couple of thousand I spent upgrading my website should tell you I am not suffering financially any more.All of this money is paid up front BEFORE I got the service, so you know that my financial heath is much better than was the case last year. I have a written and signed agreement with HR that makes my SuperSlide glide design the ONLY approved full-size Glide that can be sold in the USA.I have pre-paid patent lawyers $6000 up-front to file a patent of my own on that design.Keep thinking that I have no money, and I will keep on laughing at your ignorance.

Jack, the answer to that question is no. They were found guilty of infringement in the Utah court on February 7th, 2007. They are attempting to appeal. Their sales continue during the appeal period. Once that appeal is lost, their sales will be stopped by court injunction and they will not be able to make or sell glides in the USA, Canada, the UK, or Australia. HR has their patent in all those countries now. All other producers of glides will be stopped as well when they get their turn in court, or by complience of the patents when they see that they will throw good money after bad to fight it. Remember that HR got a couple of BILLION dollars when they sold off Chemdry to Home Depot a year ago. They have plenty of money to litigate this case and any others till they win it.Certainly way more than any of the glide producers have to defend the case against them. The day where ONLY my fullsize SuperSlide glides can be sold in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia for the next 12 years is coming soon, but is not quite here yet. I have been waiting 3.5 years to get to that point. A few more months wait will not matter much. I am picking up new distributors every week that know who's glides will be selling in their stores soon enough. |
