Where can I look for WHMIS training for my employees?    Is there a 1-800-WHMIS # I could call or something to find training in my area?

WHMIS is federal legislation that is incorporated into the Occupation Health and Safety acts of the provinces/territories.

WHMIS training for this industry is fairly straightforward  and simple. It should be part of your initial training of employees regarding their job and how to do it safely. The FIO has a WHMIS class on June 15 for only $75.00 for members, a bit more for none members.

If you are outside Toronto, let me know where you are and I can probably help you. I just taught a class in Alberta last week and have a good powerpoint on it.
