Do you use "A & B" for coffee stains?

what is in these 2 products? I think one is peroxide?

who's do you use?

why is it only good for 8-12 hours?

All  of them.

Keep in mind that their shelf life is very limited. 12-24 months max.

Thats why we use Helpmate and Vanish more often than Stain Magic. Stain Magic is not brought in directly from  Proschoice by anyone other than Tony in Winnipeg I believe.

One is peroxide, the other is ammonia, but it also contains levelling agents that ensure the two  mix well and prevent a spltchy result.

Great on things like tea, wine, mustard and other things with disperse dyes and to help  remove yellowing.

I might get trashed about this but here it goes.

I like Coffee Shot part 1&2 from ZEP

I think that it is stronger than Vanish

and cheaper.

good luck finding it at Home Depot.

gotta go to the Zep supplier.

I thought Home Depot was the Zep distributor. I've never seen Zep outside the box stores.

Andy you are so serious on this board.

No there is a Zep Allcare.

Mostly janitorial stuff

their prespray blows.

but their orangel, and CSR are pretty good.

their rust stain remover is deadly just like most.

For me to buy locally my options are very limited.

buy most things from Janitor's whorehouse.

I don't think Home Depot likes me too much hee hee

but they did ask me to subcontract again a few weeks ago

answer was still NO

Well I found the stuff for $10.00/jug

Solution "A" is Hydrogen Peroxide

Solution "B" is Potassium Hydroxide

work like a charm :)

Steamer It is the responsibility for the supplier to have them on hand at the request of the customer.

It is the responsibility of the carpet cleaner to ask the supplier for a MSDS sheet upon any new chemicals he purchases and to have them on hand at all times in case of an emergency for official use.

Do you not think it would be quit a chore to hand out one at every purchase. The carpet cleaner would have thousand of MSDS sheets to wipe up their dirty water left behind in the carpet upon completion.

If I am wrong, let Lee the MSDS teacher tell me different.

You are absolutely right Steamer. We don't always give MSDS sheets out they are a pain in the A**.

But it is illegal to clean without them. I had a customer who was cleaning a hotel when the firemen came for a heart victim. He asked the cleaner for MSDS and closed him down until he could produce them.

It does matter.

Do you think the supplier is responsible too if something happens...espeacially if they don't hand out the sheets or make them available??? I lot of places I go tape the sheets right to the product...

if the bar owner is responsible .....the supplier should be too???

I'm sure if there is ever a suit...everyone will be named....

Of course, I have the MSDS sheets. I have all my sheets in my brief case in van at all times and I am shocked you would even question such a thing.

The stuff I use you always get MSDS in the case of 4L or on one of the pails in a packing slip plastic envelope type thingy.

If you aint got the MSDS I aint buying it!

Well good for you Jack, like Steamer says.

Maybe you are the type of guy that would be interested in the W.H.M.I.S. course that is coming up on June 16th.

And by the way don't forget to bring your briefcase.

chemspec makes "A & B" but it aint $10 bucks

Posted By: MR. STEAMER

it doesn't cost $20 either

Who knows with these discounts Chemspec are offering on this site. It just may go on sale. Keep tuned.

A & B - but knowing Chemspec they will come up with "C". A new formula that will blow you out of the water.

Supporting a knock-off product will effect the research and development of the inventors and slow down even better future products.

P.S.
Canadians always say A
We must teach the Americans to say B
Because the Mexicans say C

With free trade it will align us all up.

Just my opinion
