| I plan on using ACT just because I'm familiar with it. You can set alarms for when to send out letters, make calls, etc. |

90 Day free trial on Software at www.castlebrooksoftware.com , does not have scheduling module as of yet but has the invoicing, and tracking and a great marketing postcard reminder system. New version put on the web last night, give it a try .
