I am new to the carpet cleanin biz and am thinking about getting a rotovac. Is this a good starter? Any wick back? Or maybe a Mytee? Also, is the rotovac good enough to not need a prescrub? Any suggestions or oppinions are greatly appreciated!

The rotovac is great for trashies....But its waaaay too slow IMO. Mines been sittin around and collecting dust...

Ill sell ya mines for $750 (plus shipping...about $75) if ya want. Ill even throw in extra cleaning heads, Seals and the tile+grout brushes!!

The only thing wrong with is that the knob for the adjustment wheels needs to be fix (easy fix). BUt it still works.

Ninja-wand is offering you a great deal at $750 take it. But he is also giving you excellent advice. About it being too slow to make money with and a start-up business usually uses low pricing to get started. But the Rotovac 360 would be different, much more speed and not necessary to scrub first.

Also speak with Ed Valentine regarding equipment choices.
