Why?  You can't remove urine smell with above surface cleaning.  You need to take a carpet cleaning class.

i did take a carpet cleaning class. first off, i never asked how do i remove the smell, i asked if i should spray those two chemicals separately or if i can mix them. But seriously, you need to take a reading and comprehension class MORE FOR YOUR MONEY.

people like who think you know sh*t are funny to me. you start writing and posting and then BAM, you just made yourself look like an idiot. we already have Doug on here for those kinds of posts. the funny thing is im writing this with a smile on my face cause i can turn real ghetto on you cuz, but i wont.

so anyways, can i mix the two or not??

Look here A$$HOLE if you can't explain what you are doing to your client you shouldn't be doing it. Apparently you never paid any attention ar your cc class. Urine decontamination is covered more indepth in odour cources. I guess they should print the instructions bigger on labels since that is where most cleaners learn from.

well then give him what he wants...lol That's what I always say...  don't even bother with the other solution...just use pre-spray..lol

especially if he's not paying anymore for pet stain removal...

it's about the money for me....lol

answer to your question...  I would soak the area first with whatever your using for the pet stain....then pre-spray...I'm sure nothing will happen, it's not like your going to soak it again with pre-spray..

good luck dude

Spray it well with a prespray with enzymes... Enzymes work great on surface pet urine. Don't waste your pet urine & stain remover chem. I wouldn't if he's not paying for that service.

I use Enz-All which has a pH range of 9.5 - 11.5. There are no buffer's in Enz-All so the pH  changes on your dilution ratio.

If you took the class and know what you are doing then you should be able to tell the customer what needs to be done to take care of the urine problem instead of letting the customer dictate "above surface cleaning".  If the smell doesn't go away the customer will probably be calling you again expecting to get it fixed cheap.

Not really sure what you mean by "people like who think you know sh*t are funny to me. you start writing and posting and then BAM, you just made yourself look like an idiot."  What I know is I clean carpets, do a good job, charge a high price, customers give me good word-of-mouth and business is growing.

I don't use the chemicals you mentioned, but you can probably find out how to use them by READING the back of the container.  If that doesn't answer all of your questions you might try calling your chemical supplier.

By the way, I'm not your cuz and I couldn't care less if you turn ghetto (and you think I sound like an idiot?).  LOL

Glad I could put a smile on your face.

since this guy didnt want to pay for the claw. i just presprayed with the pre-urine treatment and then sprayed again with my normal prespray. he still paid 10cents extra a sq ft for the urine prespray and i told him it would probably still smell. it was f**king filthy to begin with..

anyways,
doug you are a d**k and i know you are only this bold on the internet. lucky you!

Mo- your smart ass remark got to me for some reason cause i dont think carpet cleaning is very complicated at all but i just dont want to ruin someones carpet by messing up. I do however make sure my guys do a good job since we charge good.

everyone else,
thanks for your help, i will continue to ignore internet tough guy (doug) and all other smart asses.
