Hello all,
I just took a look at a house that burnt down and all that is left is a basement, All garbge is removed and all that needs to be done is the soot removed from the walls, all the walls are black! How do i go about getting a price one removal? Do you charge by sq foot or hour and how much? I have not done a lot of fire damaged houses just flooded. So im new to the game. Any suggetions on removal and treating?  I figured i would go thru and pressure was it, then suck the debree up and then spray down some anti microbia.

thanks,
Jay

Soda blast it. Maybe even dry ice but I would go with the soda as it will also take care of some of the odour.
