Hi all,

Been enjoying a little extra income while carpet/tile cleaning. Came across a friend that was using a Zontec PA200 ozone machine the kind used in hotel/hospitals as added income for his carpet jobs. Most folks not only want the place cleaned, as we know...they like it to smell clean. Anyway picked one up on ebay, and I'll leave it in each room for 5 min. after cleaned for an xtra $25-50/ household, that say yes.

...It's been paying my gas bill, and then some. Big smile

I'm not sure about the way you are using your ozone unit. I wouldn't want to be in the house when you go room to room with that machine. I get a head ache just thinking about it. How's your health lately.

Adwa,

I hear ya'.

Just doing 5 min. like mentioned in the bedrooms and closing the doors...well within the recommended limit. Pretty similar to Hospital use.

So that is why when you go into a hospital you get more sick before you get out. This is interesting....I am going to have to do my homework on ozone use within our health industry.

Here's the room cleaning criteria.

As stated I'm well under the 15 minutes recommended at 5 minutes only. I've checked with other manufactures as well for their guidelines (air-zone and appliedozone) ... and it's similar.

If anyone here knows something I don't after researching this I'd appreciate some constructive criticism.

Stan,

If this Ozone unit has a high to moderate output it will give you headaches while you are in the home cleaning if you leave it on.

Ozone machines built for institutions and hotels are only used behind closed doors with no one present in the rooms.

Be careful and understand Ozone.
