Steamer,

Mr. E. is a Bandito who http://www.kleenkuip.com/portables/steamin_demon_pics.htm - stole these pictures off our website . This carpet was in a restaurant by the name of Michael K's on OConner Drive in Toronto that we at Kleen Kuip cleaned and demonstrated using a  http://www.kleenkuip.com/portables/steamin_demon.htm - Steamin Demon . It was one of the worst greased up carpets that we have seen. Heavy food cooking oils.

Mr. E's website appears to show that he cleaned these carpet with a dry foam carpet cleaning machine. In our estimation it would be very unlikely dry foam could produce this type of cleaning since it was so heavily soiled with cooking oils.

Steamin Demon is still the winner when it comes to volume of soil to be removed. The biggest complaint we have had with Steamin Demon is that it removes too much soil.

In Mr E's "Here's how it works" he has copied the mechanical picture and description of a Von Schrader LMX, though he calls the machine something else in his text and shows yet another manufacturers machine in his photos.

I agree. Dry foam would not yield the results shown in the pictures (on the carpet shown) w/o an in line heater and quite a number of cleaning passes. The machine is not meant for heavy grease extraction and you really have to work to cut through restaurant soil .

So the Steamin Demon Classic is better than a portable and Rotovac 360?
