Just wondering how many of you offer a seniors discount?

I don't, just because of the abuse I use to see at other companies..

but I'm just wondering

I intend to offer one.  My wife and I actually decide where to buy and WHEN to buy based on 15% senior discounts.  I never thought I would be like this in my 50s.  But there is no shame in saving money and seniors have come to expect discounts for living so long.

I am also considering CASH discounts for everyone regardless of age.  Even my dentist does it.

What do you do to scammers..... Most people let their elders do the booking just to save the 15%

Then the senior had better be there during the cleaning and I need to see their ID when they pay me with their check or credit card.

But I really doubt the "most people" statistics.  If that were the case we wouldn't see so many retail companies offering the discount.

John, it seems your loyals are loyal because of the extra mile you go for them in big and sometimes small ways.  My guess is you have been doing this for years now.
