With our $14.95 Teflon inserts for this wand, but some insist on doing things the hard way...........Another $200 solution to a $15 problem? LOL. It is a good thing carpet cleaners have lots of bucks to throw away whenever someone asks them to part with them, eh?

Unfortunately, installing a new valve, or rebuilding the existing valve on the ti wand will NOT stop the drips. The problem lies, not with the valve, but the manifolds / jets. The v-jets do not have check valves because there is not enough room / depth in the manifolds to hold one, so the jets allow air to come in and the manifolds empty out. We are working on custom manifolds, which allow the jets to be installed with check valves.

It always seems to me that people with a weak counter-argument of an issue, resort to posting big letters(or loud words) to try to impress the readers(or listeners) with their lack of a coherrent response.

my husband was about to give up on that wand-lucky we had others, we just left it in the cubbard to collect dust, we called Lisa and she said there nothing to do and it can't be fixed because of some kind of check valve story or something.

Can you get a fix for us Superglide, we are in the San Francisco area.

I can get a fix to anyone Cinnamon Girl. I have already sent all my customers(people that have purchased stuff from me these last 5 years)that have this wand, FREE kits to solve the problem. It has worked for all of them without exception. I guarantee the problem is fixed for as long as the people own the wand. Lifetime Guarantee.

I truly do regret any behavior on my part that was less than I should have done, and I am trying my best to make it up to those affected before, and by giving exceptional levels of service and product to all those that I deal with now. Good deeds can never totally overcome what went before, but they are a step in the right direction down that road.

Hi everyone, my wife Donna is getting me addicted to this site. My name is Frank Santos and we run a maintenance company out of the Bay area in Sanfrisco. I would hate to pass judgement on Kenny as he has never done anything to me, but as we see it SuperGlide Ken has the fix to your wand problem where all the other so called " Experts " in the field just drooled all over themselves, gave up and said it can't be fixed. I love to buy American but every so often a Canadian comes along to save the day. Ken called us and was a perfect gentleman and professional over the phone. He has my business and will be highly recomended in the San Francisco area and California where my family lives and works. Just thought I would put my 2 cents in.
