My new RotoVac doesn't extract as well as my wand.
Am I doing something wrong?

You are missing the RotoLip glides for it as a start I bet.

Hey, could you fill us in a little?

Is it adjusted so the heads don’t stop immediately when turned off but don’t run on?

When it is off trigger the wand for a moment, lift the heads up, is the spray pattern good or is one or more jets plugged?

What psi are you running?

If these don’t work contact RotoVac, maybe they can help.

Let us know

Just My opinion.
I'm interested-what is you opinion of the RotoVac?

The lack of "AIR-FLOW/CFM" may be your major problem.

Good Fortune to all;

Ed is correct. It may be an AIR FLOW/CFM problem. Adding either his Recoil or my glides for it may help you resolve this.

Call Roto-vac and ask them if they know...

Ken Harris.

Be sure to hold the phone away from your ear...the laughter will make you deaf!

But now you have to contend with the cord.  I wonder if RotoVac could make a cordless model?

Yeah, but you get really dizzy running around in the little circles.

Mine works great, I've used it with a portable and a truckmount.

Have you pulled the heads to make sure they arn't clogged and the felt seals are ok?

just call the nice people at rotovac.

I called them once and now i get a call everyother day from at least one of the six people that work at the company. They don't communicate well, about who has already called potential customers, so i let each of them know in a rather rude way, that i'm still on the line with someone from your company who just called me a minute ago.

It usually results in a quick "sorry". I then promptly let them know to keep me informed of new products.

I love taking phone calls, people are so much nicer on the phone than in person. don't you agree?

maybe i should spend more time talking to customers and less time to salespeople? Oh well!

Thank you all for your help. I had, primarily, an
adjustment issue. By experimenting with your
suggestions, I'm able to extract with my RotoVac
almost as much as with the wand.

some broken links there - seems they point to the old domain name.  NSI shows This domain name expired on 10/29/2005 and is pending renewal or deletion.
