What is the best way to get rid of carpet indentations? Also, rust spots caused from metal desk legs and file cabinets? Appreciate the advice!

A steamer will help with the indentations, but the pad is likely crushed too. Rust - I use ANYTHING but hydroflouric acid, as I burnt my fingers badly and realize how nasty this can be. Search this site as I'm sure Ted has some safer alternatives.

Put a bigger filing cabinet over it.

Most times regular pre-spray can get rust out... just have to use a little elbow grease or the Nikey treatment

I like hot heat on a nylon.

I've had a number of clients tell me that ice cubes work well. I've never tried.
