No one said there was anything wrong with it. It does work. But it is, what it is

as long as it's not too dirty???

just asking the question because I have heard from a couple TM HWE guys that spent the money on an OP tried it a handful of times and now they sit in the shop collecting dust because they were dissapointed.

so is it overated on BB's or did they do something wrong?

Something wrong, good grief, what is this,"as long as it is not too dirty stuff?"

Look, some people buy and don't want to LEARN how to use it, some guys buy portable and never learn how to use them, same with Tm's.

It is ALWAYS up to the individual on how well they will make a method work for them.

Great video PadMan, I put on my cowboy hat, clipped on my spurs, heated up a can of beans over the campfire and reminisced of days gone by when I used to rustle cows, half way into the video I had to have a drink with Kitty at the O.K Inn and when I got back you still weren't finished cleaning that carpet, do your customers supply room and board when you clean

On residential, YES, on commerical, no, then the onboard spray system and the added weight really make it clean a lot faster. As far as slow, that was 100 square feet, count the minutes, and that is on trashed carpet.

on lightly soiled, this machine will beat MOST out there.

I like to spray out the carpet first with the cleaner and my prespays. If it was that bad looking i would put on a scrubber to break up the spots. Thengo over it with a wet bonnet finnished off by a dry one. It is much faster this way.
