i like his web page. it's simple and to the point. it's not filled with garbage like some other cc sites... i can't belive his min. service charge is $40.00 a little low. your worth $60 steamer at least. ------------- nothing is impossable. it just hasn't been done yet. |

Yes I agree 40 bucks a little low... but I can't go any higher ... Sears....The Bay... Canadian Steam are all cheaper... I need to get the phone to ring... And it has...I have been here for a few days phones are going crazy... I've book 30 calls in all... I would say 1/3 are for the min... All I wanted to do is break even...and I've done that... now I'm going make a little ... I put the min low ...so they would call me... Sears is 19 bucks a room 3 room min $57 Canadian Steam 2 rooms and hall $29.00 min Bay has a 39.00 dollar min I would love to go higher ...but I don't think I can get the phone to ring.. These guys are putting the squeeze on the little guy..lol I'm still happy 30 bookings since Wednesday ------------- www.mr-steamer.com |

I did... no need to lie..., Can't charge any more... This is my first run at the public directly... All my other customers are referals... It's not just flyers its the Bonuspak.... Waldo you don't have the experience to book 30 calls all year. You don't have a clue how or what the big firms do.... I know what works from what doesn't... Thanks Adwa it has been busy... busy on the phone booking for the up coming week... I got the first call 5pm wednesday night even before I got my copy of the paper...lol plus it does help that I have cleaned alot of people in the area... I even hand picked the colors... the promotions are what people want to see... 2 rooms and hall not bad for 40... these calls take all of 30mins...and nothing is more than 10mins drive from my house... it's all win win for me 100,000 flyers went out.... and only 30 calls in... Lots of homeowners put it aside for another time. Probably closer to Easter I would want my carpets cleaned. actually I do it for less when I sub... min call of 59 bucks which is 3 rooms all you get is 20 bucks....lol even Service master with min of 80 bucks... at 45% os only 38 bucks.. I'm still ahead...lol ------------- www.mr-steamer.com |

steamer how many carpet cleaners are in your area, and what are they all charging. you don't want to be known as the cheapest guy in town. $40 2 rooms and hall is too cheap. the cheapest we've been is $70 for 2 rooms and hall and that was 10 years ago. now it's all by the sq. ft .25cents $60 min. but you getting started building client base so i can see your point. get that phone ringing and up sell up sell up sell. ------------- nothing is impossable. it just hasn't been done yet. |

Biggest difference between $40.00 minimum and $50.00 minimum is that the $40.00 calls bounce their cheques very often. |

Wow it takes my real life situation to make a topic here...lol You guys can post anything you want. I know what I have to do. This Mr. Steamer Product is new..... one thing I noticed is that you guys don't read post.. Yes I'm I have a 40 dollar package on my ad, but that doesn't mean all the calls I have been getting are all 40 dollar min calls. Know ones know any better than I , that I'm giving away good service for cheap. When marketing a new product you need EXPOSURE. I need to get into peoples homes to give them those five cards... to give them that fridge magnet.. to show them what kind of work I provide. If you don't put bait on your line... how are you going to snag that fish. I'm not a beginner. been a busy day.... one of the minimums when right up to $220.00 LOL Only if y'all knew Mr. Steamer heres how it went today...I booked 2 min's for $40 and a 3 area for $60 I had a 100 dollar booking be she had an emergency(I hate when that happens.. The first call was just a nylon area rug... 8X6.. took all of 10 mins no sales, she paid cash The second call 2 rooms and a hall..... I sold another 2 rooms for $40 more, then I did her sofa 2loveseat and gave her a free chair and 140. came up to 220 she paid cash The last call also 2rooms+hall + 1 extra room for 60.....with one room free gard... I did a flt of steps and garded the rest for 60 ..total 120 she paid cheque... I didn't force the sales the came easy.. booked 100 came home 360 started at 9 finished at 2.. and booked 2 while I was away from the office... my girl friday forwarded them right to my cell.. can you ask for anything more??? ------------- www.mr-steamer.com |
