i've heard they are good units,,,,they seem small and crammed into a small package to me so i wonder if they might be a pain to work on

i wouldn't hesitate to get another Prochem

my 2 cents
A.K.A.

HydraMaster.. ProChem.. PowerClean.. etc.. etc.. All have good units.. Personal preference..  They all breakdown sooner or later just like portables...

I have heard some horror stories about the 427, I only heard not saw, but if it warranted, who cares? I guess that depends on how much your down time is worth.
