I just got hired with a property managment company and they would like me to start cleaning all their carpets. I need the very best portable unit $ can buy. I dont want to break circuts or power to much juice. Any and all suggestions would be gratly appreciated. Currently I am leaning towards a 200 ninja without heater. People say I can get hot water out of the bathtub....

I worked with water out of the bathtub for years when I worked for Chem-Dry. Then I bought a Ninja 500. Huge difference. You still want to fill it up with hot water, but then you'll maintain consistent heat. Besides, I can't tell you how many times I accessed someone's place for water, and their hot was pitiful. You just can't rely too much on your customers for what you need to do a good job.
