How many of you take a digital camera with you on jobs? This is a great way of showing your work, "IF" you do great work.
The cost is almost nil and the benefits are large. |

Digitals: with the right person at the computer you can doctor the pics up to make even your worst job look good. We only use the for emergency pics on insurance claims along with 35 's to back them up. Digitals are not admissable for any claims you may have for or against you. That is what I have been told. I am not a lawyer so please not 50 posts of legal jargan. It is just an opinion.

A dishonest person COULD do that, but the only thing we adjust is lighting, that is the benefit of a digital. You NEVER get the picture of how truly bad a carpet was, but you get a close resemblance.

I would have never thought that you could touch up digitals pictures. It would be the last thing on my mind to do. You live and learn everyday.

We have a 24 page color brochure made up that we bring in for the customers to view, this has been VERY helpful, but the flip side is this, if you can not DO IT, don't SHOW it, people EXPECT their carpets to come out like the pictures, so make sure you CAN do what you SHOW you can do,
