We've been in the cleaning and restoration business for about 30 years, but we have specialized in drying and mold remediation since 2000.  This year we have entered the duct cleaning arena as well as we feel it gives us more oppertunity to serve our commercail clients (we do very little residential).

My Question is what is the best way to bid commercial duct cleaning (not including the AHU as we figure them separately)?  Should we price by the linear foot or what ?
I say this because commercial work is a different animal with much more actual duct work and we are speaking of Warehouses or Gyms with Ducting that is 20'+ above our heads and mutiple floors, (high rises) etc.

Any experiences/pricing help in this area?

Just curious-what kind of equipment are you using for those 20' overhead jobs?

Linear foot pricing should be fine.
