The truth be told......The price was $45 a couple months ago. And the special was 2 or more @ 35 per. The reaction was less than expected. We raised it to $48 then $58 now w/ special 2 or more @ 45 per. The people w/ crummy chairs will not spend 45 or 35 or anything. If you clean it for 29.99 they expect it to be brand new condition! The consumer w/ a good chair/recliner accepts the price of fifty-ish dollars, to restore it close to new. Remember we dont charge extra for "odor-out" a la S.S. or deodorant or brightner or whatever. We constantly get comparisions to S.S. and we keep our prices approx + - 5 or 10 within their own. Fortunantly, S.S. here for the most part is HORRIBLE and every previous customer of theirs we have serviced is pleased w/ our company. Price by far is the hardest part of our business, our survival has been price market fair, leaning towards the upper range, provide results that are great as you can and let the consumer know they are paying for a great job. Our pricing is about to undergo a major overhaul, not in numbers but in how it is presented and grouped. Constantly evolving. IM tired.
