Hello,

I'm new to the biz and I'm learning how to price out jobs. I was hoping someone can give me some advice on a current job?!

I have to remove urine odor in a 4 room apartment. It's an area of about 400sqft. I am using an acid rinse, a enzyme chemical, and a claw. How would I price something like this?

rasco.

I'm actually not going to remove the pad. I was told you can saturate the area and use a claw to extract. If I was using this process, how would I price it?

How big is the area?
Are you in a high paying business or are you just a self employed low paid grunt who thinks this business provides dignity?
