You need higher PSI than you would get out of regular extractors. Washing stones and grout under high pressure is an absolute requirement.

Can u use power washer. I do power washing every once in a while. I have a porty,floor machine/scruber, and a porty. Can I get into tile cleaning with this setup. My porty only has a 250psi,but power washer is 2500psi.

Just sign up for a class in your area on Tile & Grout (check with you local big carpet cleaning supply house for a schedule), pay the $250 or so for a class and learn what works and how to do it. You will save yourself $thousands on repairs to customer's homes.
No way to sugar coat it, taking shortcuts in learning the trade is a one way trip to dead man's curve with no brakes. |

I got a new way to wipe out all the stains on the tiles. Thank you very much for the reply of duckcountry especially. I'll go for that product very soon.
