I have a customer who has a brand new light coloured wool carpet. Some finishing carpenters were sparying stain & laquer in the home and there's overspray on the carpet. Any suggestions on an approach??

have them contact their insurance co. Hopefully the contractor has insurance. Do not touch it until the contractor has been notified as to what he intentends to do about it. You don't want to be the one who ends up owning it?

I'm not comfortable with the situation...so that's the best advice I've heard...that's what I'm going to do.
Thanks Doug. |

Did the job today...pre-vacuumed, pre-sprayed with Releasit Punch boosted with extra Tea Tree Oil and bonneted with a thick poly/rayon blend bonnet. Customer thinks I'm a carpet cleaning guru. Worked awesome!
