360 is good on trashed residential and also heavily trafficked, not the greatest on commercial.

I use it on commercial all the time and have been very pleased with the results. It is however a bit harder to handle.

slowing it down helps you to control it better on commercial grade carpet imo,,,,,rather use the RX 20 on commercial myself
