is there a pet odor deodorizer out there that's good? can it be pre sprayed?

It's a bit more than a spray.

1st rule of odour control is REMOVE THE SOURCE!

That being said my new favourite pet deo is Triple Action by Esteam.

It has an absorbent, an enzyme and encapsulates.

The other great combo is Chemspec Urine Decontamination Treatment spiked with Chemspec Energizer.

The other great combo is a snare trap spiked with poison.

 Try Solubac

A live bacterial culture that grows and eats the other bacteria ( odour) .

Spray it on, it does not require extraction.

It has a 6 hour onset period.

Sometimes takes 2 hits and may need to be injected into the underlay ( dependant on contamination), also you may need to treat the sub flooring.

 

Solubac is availible from Soloutions Uk or Germany.

A great product but delivery to States may be costly.
