I agree selling vacuums is a great idea. But it does not fit in with our business model. I really do not see how in this day and age of consumer awareness a person would buy a vac from a crapet cleaning company. Many have made big profits here.

Who would know carpet care better than you?  Not the barely legal at Wally World, right?  You have integrity that you have reinforced with what you just did with their carpets that they thought were beyond any help.  Cash in on it.
