Material office partition cleaning

I have just been asked to put in a price for cleaning the office partitions (material no cardboard backing) its the first time for me to do this,have no problem with the job itself but the pricing ?Tts around 150 panels would you price by sq ft or by the panel ?

What would you price this ?
