Guys,
Well I figured out how to stop Foam and water to stop coming out of the exhaust on my recoil 3. I had tried this before but I wasn't using enough Defoamer to do the job. Mixing Defoamer in the tank with my detergent has stopped this Foe of mine. I just wasn't putting enough defoamer in the tank. Strangely I still end up using the same amount anyway stopping and putting it down the hose during cleaning, now I just have to put enough in the tank with my detergent. I did 4 more jobs after discovery this trick and not a drop out of my exhaust. I was cleaning a tile floor and decided to try putting more defoamer than usual because my recoil had to sit on or near wood Floors during cleaning. Finally success.

Mixing defoamer with your detergent and putting it on the carpet is not a recommended practice. It can leave a nasty residue
Have you tried a different (lower foaming) detergent?
