SELF CONTAINED EXTRACTORS PROS AND CONS

Hi; I was wondering if any of you uses self-contained extractors, and what is the pros and cons of using them, I ask this because I just got this monthly contract for 3 restaurants and there is a lot of carpet and the manager says I only have 2 1/2 hrs(each) to do it after they close so I was thinking one of this machines to speed up the process also I do a nursing home and is really long hallways so I think is a good option because it ha a 16 inch path, 3 jets,  and a brush for agitation, the only thing I don't like is the 100 psi pump can it be upgraded to 200? please any advice
