I always tell the customer what they need depending on the condition of the carpet. In some cases I don't have to perform deep scrubing. Then you have some which need to be deep cleaned heavily. The Fiber test usually shows what the carpet needs. Most of the time the customers are happy and go with the $35 clean anyway. However if a customer has great carpet.I try to push hard on upholstery and the usual deoderizer and sanitizer.I give the price for a $20 and $35 clean plain and simple. With a 2romm minimum.I show both cleans to the customer.Only thing I charge by the sqft is scoth guard.Does this answer your question?
