I have used this machine even if I don't own one. It's cleaning performance is on a par with the RX20 which I do own. Since I already know that the RX20 can easily outclean any wand, and this is close to the RX20 in performance, deductive reasoning tell you that this machine too will outclean any wand. It's not rocket science you know.lol |

anyone ever have problems with the rx20 over wetting???and can this happen with the 360???

The RX20 can overwet the carpet.............with the stock shoes on it. With the glides I sell for it however, it drys carpets in 1 to 2 hours, which is faster than most wands can do it.
