If I was to offer up some advice: Either you pay somebody (with the
 proper knowledge) to set up and manage your Google Ads account. Or, 
spend the time and effort to familiarize yourself with the ins and outs 
of advertising on Google. Doing it yourself can payoff in the long run, 
but jumping in blindly can cause you to become easily frustrated and quit. 

Google Ads has a learning Algorithm that needs time to run the data. 
Don't expect to hit a home run your first time at the plate as there are a lot of customization options. Patience is key.
