I'm trying to figure out which truck mount to buy? Can a Boxxer 421 clean tile sufficiently? The sales guy is telling me it needs more heat to clean tile...?
What is the secret to cleaning tile??? I guess that's what I'm asking...?

I reckon it would do a fine job for residential tile and grout. More heat and more than 1000psi isnt needed unless you want to do greasy commercial work or driveway cleaning.

and of course a good machine to rinse with. boxxer would be fine. You could probably go a size down actually.

hello... its depends on if your tile grout is white or colored. I
wouldn't use bleach on colored grout..... would use an abrasive cleaner
and a brush.....
thank you |

This is what I use: I have a grout cleaning tool I bought from Ebay. Yea, Ebay! It's the silver no name brand. Works just as good as any of those high priced ones. Also, I have a Dynachem Truck Mount from Cobbs Carpet. They are priced just right. However, I have a used one. No problems with it so far. I use Powermax Power Cleaner to clean and Ultraseal Impregnator. The trick is dwell time of the cleaner without it drying. Scrub the grout with a grout brush and than use the tile cleaning tool at around 600-800 psi. Wipe it down. Put a fan on it. Wait a little while and than seal.
