Hi guys and girls,
What has better suction/lift 330cfm @ 16hg or 254cfm @ 12hg? |

well the first one has more cfm and hg,,,,,,,,so I'd say that one

Thanks master carpet , I originally thought cfm and hg worked together. I have done some more research and have a better understanding. Though I have discovered cfm may not be a true reading as where it is measured from is not regulated. Thankyou for your answer though

As far as I know the best thing is to keep it both in balance. If you are runing long hoses cfm is very important. In short hoses water lift is the key. Keep in mind that there is another factors to have in consideration with cfm/wl like hoses size, tipe of wand, glide or not. Ask Ken Harris he is an expert in this readings. Good luck
