Where is the best place to learn how to clean tile/grout and hard surface floors? Any books or courses recommended? I'm located near Kitchener, Ontario. I tried the IICRC website but there were no classes listed.

Grout and floor cleaning has become very easy with the new up-to-date tile and grout cleaning equipment available today. Not so necessary to take courses. We at Kleen Kuip will thoroughly train you when you purchase equipment from us. Or drop by for a free demo to see if this is for you or not.

By searching on Google you may get information for cleaning courses as you wish as well as find various articles related to the industry.
