Hi guys , I am look to call in some prospects to hire into my brand new company. just want to get some questions i should ask to test there skill level and experience. all questions will be appreciated. thanks
p.s any suggestion of where to find new qualified guys will be a plus too. |

Just ask them how long they been doing carpet cleaning or carpet repairs for that should give you an idea of if they're qualified or not because most people won't lie about working if they're not qualified
