Reaching toward your goals

We have been doing this a very, very long time now; since 1977. (I have been in the Industry since 1971) And, naturally along the way, it has been our job to not only produce great equipment, but also, to develop Great equipment with unique innovations in terms of design, operational usage, efficiencies, and performance. ;)

Those four factors are very important way beyond the "generic" HWE. In addition, there are those individuals who were most valuable along the way to develop a top first rate team too!

I believe that even though we will continue to lead this Industry with those four factors above, that we have reached a certain point of perfection for developing our Industrial HWE Systems. Personally, after all these years, I feel very content, as if we have reached a certain point of satisfaction that perhaps many never ever experience because of the very way they run their businesses. (BTW, do not misinterpret the word, contentment as "stopping")

"Change" (from here-to-there and back again, like someone running around with their head cut off) is one thing, but, constant refinement will eventually lead to a solid level of competence and perfection. Pleasing to say the very least.

I firmly believe that we have two of the finest built and designed HWE in this Industry, period. (JAGUAR 6.6 & the Jaguar CUB) And, we will continue to move forward even though our competition has proven to continue to ride our coat-tails for "new developments". (This subject will be in Chapter 9-LOL)

The purpose of my writing this is two fold:

1. A look back and a look forward with terrific satisfaction, both personal & business; and,
2. A possible suggestion and personal goal for yourself as what can happen if you keep your nose to the grind wheel and continue to strive toward being the very best you can be while surrounding yourself with GREAT people who care.

Now, never forget the sun may not shine bright every day and you most likely will never please everyone because some will never be pleased; that is their nature.

I hope everyone sometime feels the way I have while accomplishing your goals in life.
