New to Kleen, Hello Everyone

Hello everyone, names Nathan and i am co-owner of KB Carpet Cleaners I moved to Cali about a year and half ago to help my Uncle build up the business knowing nothing about marketing or carpet cleaning.

It has been a huge learning process over the last year and a half. First thing i had to learn is the carpet cleaning industry itself then I started all of our Social Media and eventually got control of our website. The company website is a Central management system so i can control all the optimization and keywords. This year i will be attaching a blog to our website learn how to blog and at the same time teaching myself how to use quickbooks. I have also been in a few Business networking groups that helped me tremendously.

We went from 3-4 Jobs a day to about 4-8 a day monday - sunday excluding the two month down time here in California. We are growing fast and are on track to buying out another truck-mount and cleaning equipment. As of right now we are running a cleanco 56 and we use a CMX-20 Rotary Machine. Very efficient equipment as we all know GAS prices are Crazy.

My goal someday is to have multiple truck-mounts on the road providing great customer service & carpet cleaning to clients around California and beyond. Would like learn from some of the industry's best marketing entrepreneurs. I think its always better to learn from someone elses mistakes then make them yourself.
