Does anyone have Any Ideal how to stop this leak. It is leaking water down by the front wheels. There is 4 bolts holding up the wheel. The leaks are comming from the bolts. I tryed to tighten them but the bolts keep spining like it's not getting tighten. Do I need to get into the machine and hold the other end of the bolt to tighten it? I hope not that would suck.

Wheel bolts do not leak. It must be from the pump or somewhere else. Dry up everywhere and run your m/c. and try to see where the leak starts. Has to be a hose connection or a seal gone someplace. don't think it has anything to do with any wheel bolts.

mozark.. I had the same problem a couple of years ago. no problems easy fix. even though it appears the 1003 is 1 piece it is actually 2. the clean water tank is bolted to the rest of the unit by bolts inside the clean water tank. use a flash light and look into the tank and you will see these bolts and washers. Either they are loose or came out from vibration. replace with rubber washer. good luck

does the leak increase when you turn on the pump? if so, it is the pump.
I suspect the machine was left in a cold vehicle during a freeze and the little water that would have been in the pump blew it. That's worse case. |

Yeah I'm guessing it is the pump, because it starts when I turn it on. After I'm done with it, it leaks all the water that the hose leaked. It stops after while. Once I use all the solution I'll open it up and see what's up. I use it for auto detailing. So pretty much I use it every day lol

Vac motors only and vac hose should pull the water out of the fresh water tank. Leave the pump motor off and I would probably do this outside. See if you can find a large outfit like Jon Don or an Interlink Supply (http://www.interlinksupply.com/) store around assuming you are in the states that has a repair shop in the back. These are guys that as a rule also sell truckmounts and chemicals. They
generally have the parts and skill to fix your problem. Figure a pump
is $350 plus labor. And have them check your vac motors for suction.
Also, if you have a heater in the unit, have them make sure the leak
didn't kill that too. If you are in Canada, check with Kleenkuip and they can direct you or possibly help you themselves.
