"At _____________ Carpet Cleaning Company, save money, live clean.
$15 trip, $11 a room, clean in deep, cheap indeed."

Shocked

How on earth can these folks run a business charging that much?

For example, I have a two bedroom condo with ~600sq/ft of carpet, the above pricing would work out to be $48.00 or $0.08sq/ft. Working in various numbers as part of my business plan I am estimating chem consumables @ 1-3 cents per sq/ft (or $6-$18)  depending on condition of carpet for a place my size. Add in another $2.50 for vehicle gas/maint/ins, $2.00 for averaged yearly operational expenses, TM fuel and maintenance, adverts, etc, etc, etc. I could continue on with all the other things that need to be averaged in but I have already blown 1/4-1/2 of the gross for the job, sure there is volume and upselling other services but geez!

How on earth do these folks survive, Ramen Noddles cooked over the wand and living in their van down by the river?

Seriously.....? Ouch
