  • Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently.

  • They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the
only thing you can’t do is ignore them.

  • Because they change things. They push the human race forward.

  • And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because
the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world,
    are the ones who do.
    Craig Tanimoto
  •
  •
  • Here is what I am doing, I selected and called 50 companies, property managers, retail outlets ( Canadian Tire ) ( Maxi Foods ) ( Super C ) ( Metro Stores )
  •
  • I invited them to a  Halloween Party at a large new restaurant opening on Oct 30. It's a buffet style restaurant with an array of dishes from pasta to Chinese, salad bar, turkey, smoked meat, ham, roast beef even French Canadian cuisine as well as Greek.
  •
  • I got a good deal from the restaurant owner so my guests eat FREE, he gets good exposure and all is happy. Total cost to me is $ 1,500 / that includes FREE beer, soft drinks, desert, coffee. for 100 guests.
  •
  • Upon leaving my guests receive a binded brochure of my maintenence services , no sales pitch before or after they eat, just an introduction of who I am and welcoming them as my guests to the grand opening of the restaurant. They all receive a name tag, so that I know who they are and don't forget their names.
  •
  • If I get just one ( 1) contract out of the deal , I will be very happy. Average monthly maintenence contract is $ 5000 to $ 10,000 monthly for a large Canadian Tire store, and $ 2,000/monthly for a smaller retail outlet. Except shopping malls, that can run touching $ 100,000 monthly

I would be very interested how that turns out nightrider, keep us posted. I think that is a very aggressive marketing ploy, I never would have thought of that one. Have any other good ones you are willing to share.

I ran nightriders idea with afew of  my customers and they all thought it was a fantastic marketing idea and said they would surely go just to meet the guy with this brainstorm and would definately consider him as their cleaner. So maybe you might think he's crazy, but people who I spoke with don't think so. I wish I had enough money to invest into a scheme like that

I think nightrider hides 95% of his intellegence behind jokes because most of us would not be able to understand what is really on his mind

I don't consider myself as smart, I consider myself crazy enough to know the difference .
